Greyhound Juice Products
Greyhound Juice products are warming salves and
skin care products for all athletes. Made with shea
butter and essential oils, these products take care
of your skin so you can perform at your best.
The Inspiration
Cold legs and stiff muscles make it difficult to get
out and go. And products with harsh chemical
smells do not make it any easier. Dissatisfied with
available products, Greg and Sirikit set out to
create a better product. The result was Greyhound
Juice warming salves. We have since expanded
into additional skin care products that meet the
needs of athletes and active people at all levels.
Why do we use Shea Butter in our products?
Greyhound Juice (tm)
African Shea Butter is used in Greyhound Juice products
whenever possible. Shea butter comes from the pit of a fruit
tree that grows wild throughout the savannah in Central and
West Africa. Women and their children collect these fruits,
high in vitamins. After consuming the flesh of the fruit, the pits
are collected, dried, roasted, ground and then boiled to
extract their soft, healing butter.
Shea butter is probably the only ingredient you will ever need
on your skin. This renewable, completely safe butter
replaces the need for petroleum, mineral oil and other
ineffective, hazardous chemicals and gasoline by-products
found in the majority of skin care products today.
Additionally, shea butter is very high in vitamin A. Shea butter
greatly improves the look and feel of skin. After a few days of
use skin looks noticeably younger and healthier. The
stigmasterol in shea butter gives shea butter its ability to
relax tired muscles, making it a perfect ingredient for skin
care products for athletes of all levels. These properties are
an asset against skin aging. It has restructuring effects on
the epidermis. Dry skin, dermatitis, dermatoses, eczema,
sun burn, and burns are all helped by natural shea butter.
